Tabbie Terms of Use

Welcome to Tabbie (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App.

2. Tabbie Premium Subscription

Core features of the App are free. Some advanced features require a Tabbie Premium subscription:

Plans & pricing: Monthly and Yearly options are offered. Actual prices and currency are as shown in the App and on the App Store (they may vary by region).
Free trial: The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price when the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews and is charged 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period; charges already made are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Your Data

The App has no account system and no server of its own. Your data is stored locally on your device, or (if you enable it) in your own private iCloud database. See the Privacy Policy. Please keep your own backups; the developer is not responsible for local data lost due to a lost or damaged device or deletion of the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful personal bookkeeping purposes and not to engage in any unlawful activity or interfere with the App's normal operation.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The App is a personal bookkeeping aid and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice; exchange rates and calculated figures are for reference only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence (developer: fill in the applicable jurisdiction before publishing).
